1. 1. Please review the Lesson Planning Sample File. This is the sample of a complete version of the lesson planning file we are asking you to prepare and send to us. The sample file is prepared for a lesson in Mathematics grade 10. You will be choosing your own course to prepare sample work. 
   2. Choose ONE topic from the list below and prepare your Lesson Planning File based on this course. You may be suggested to select a certain topic, in your initial contact email.

      • Accounting Essentials, Grade 11. Topic(s): Section A (Fundamentals of Accounting for Business), Point 1 (The Nature of Accounting), Page: 34 of Ministry of Education of Ontario Curriculum Documents.
      • The Writer’s Craft, Grade 12. Topic(s): Section A: (INVESTIGATING WRITING), Point 1.1 ( Writing, Writers, and the Writing Life ), Page 176 of Ministry of Education of Ontario Curriculum Documents. 
      • English as a Second Language ESL Level 3. Topic(s): Section A: (LISTENING AND SPEAKING), point 1.1 (Listening for Specific Information) on page 84 of the Ministry of Education of Ontario Curruculum Documents.
      • Biology, Grade 11 College Preparation. Topic(s): Section B: (Cellular Biology), point B1.1:( Relating Science to Technology, Society, and the Environment), page of the Ministry of Education on Ontario Curruculum Documents.
   3. Now that you have chosen your course and read the designated sections, please create a new Lesson Planning Google Doc File by clicking here. Use this template to create your sample of lesson planning. Edit and save your document as a .pdf file, and send it to us. For the purpose of this application, you are only asked to prepare the following sections of the document: 
      • Title page
      • Introduction
      • Lesson agenda Items
      • Lesson content
      • Other sections are optional
